A trial period where you get to play and familiarize yourself with us, and decide if WWAR is the right gaming community for you. if so after 5 days se a higher rank to become a private, or the person who recruited you. |
  | Private
First true rank in WWAR where your expected to register at wagingofwar.com get to know and understand the code of conduct and rank structure. Report to sergeants or higher. |
  | Corporal
The highest rank you can achieve without a WWAR tag. you must understand the code of conduct, rank structure and know the people above and around you. |
  | Sergeant
This rank will be given when you accuire a WWAR tag and are registered at our website wagingofwar.com. You will also be expected to set a good example to corporals, privates and new recruits. get to know them and introduce them to other members. help and assist them when ever possible. You must be in WWAR for at least 5 weeks to become sergeant. You report to LT'S or higher |
  | Lieutenant
You must fully understand the code of conduct,ranking structure and have good recruiting skill and knowledge, to determaine who will be quality members for our community. Make sure people are in uniform and enforce it. You are the captains right hand, work close with them and assist them with clan practices, meetings, etc. Be roll models for members in the lower ranks. You must be in WWAR for at least 7 weeks to become LT report to captains or higher |
  | Captain
As a captain you must have a full understanding of the duties and responsibilities for all ranks below you and teach it. You are the right hand for the major. You are expected to keep the squad organized and informed of any new findings,problems or news, and making sure everyone is in uniform. Your also responsible for noticing who is a quality member and who is not, take notes and report to your leaders about possible promotions, that will be discussed at the leaders meeting. Any major problems or concerns report to a general. you need to be a great communicater, maintain a professional demeanor and have excelled in all of your job responsibilities. You must be WWAR for at least 9 weeks to be eligible for CAPTAIN. Reports to any higher rank. |

ALL OF THE TIME REQUIREMENTS FOR PROMOTIONS ARE BASED ON ACTIVE MEMBERS ONLY. definition of active to me is at least 4 days aweek online and 2 to 4 hours a day. basically the people who are on the most, will be running the community.
